1.How to create new agency
1.1 Contact regional official to provide agency information for creation

2. Agency Requirements
1. New agency is created according to each regoin's requirements; agency owners are required to recruit their own active hosts;
2. Hosts can withdraw their own cash and the withdrawals will be aggregated to the owner’s account. After the salary settlement, the owner should pay the host salary, if not, the agency owner will get the punishment. (if the owner did not fill in the bank account, hosts can not withdraw cash, please inform or remind the owner to fill in the account). Not enough to withdraw part will be accumulated in the next cycle to withdraw.
3. The agency owners can invite users in the app to join their agency, but it is forbidden to maliciously tap hosts from other agency, and violating the rules will be excepted with warnings, account bans, agency deletion, salary deductions and other penalties;
4. The agency owners need to guide and supervise its hosts to work actively and follow the platform policy, comply with the platform rules, if serious violations of the rules, the host will be permanently banned, the host data will be cleared, so that the agency data will also be affected.

3. Agency Owner Page Introduction
On this page, the owner can check the basic information, including personal gift collection data, agency level, gift collection diamonds and live broadcast data. |

In the Membership Management page, the owner can check the list of members, search for the user's ID to invite the user to be his host, as well as confirm the host's agency quitting application.

On the Salary Details page, the owner can check the total revenue received by the whole agency and the single host’s current revenue.

In the Agency Withdrawal page, the owner can choose whether to withdraw cash or exchange coins according to their own needs (diamond: coin = 3:1). Before the first withdrawal, the owner needs to fill in bank account number and other information, or else the owner and host can not withdraw cash.

In the Profile page, the owner can check the agency's basic information, including the agency cover, agency level, and so on.

4. How to invite and remove host
1. Guide to invite hosts：[Personal page] - [my income] - [Management] - [Membership Management] - [Inviting] - enter user’s ID.
Tip: For the same user, it can only be invited once in 24 hours; the host needs to wait for another 24 hours after quitting the agency and wanting to join in again.

2. Guide to remove hosts：
i. Removing hosts on owner side ：[Personal page] - [my income] - [Management] - [Membership Management] - [Member List] - click host - [comfirm]

ii. Removing hosts after receiving host’s quitting application：reveiving quitting applocation - personal page - [my income] - [Management Membership] - [Management] - [Application] - [agree] or [reject]
If the owner does not agree to the host’s quitting application, the host will be automatically quitted from the agency after 15 days of the application.Tip: Removing the host cannot be done on the salary settlement day.
